高压大流量乳化液泵站系统设计

摘要:

千万吨级综采工作面对乳化液泵站系统提出了更高的要求,本文系统地设计了一套高压大流量乳化液泵站系统,其包含乳化液泵组、乳化液箱、辅助液控系统、乳化液自动配比与浓度检测装置、过滤系统、泵站控制系统六大模块,并采用了ABAQUS、RecurDyn和AMESIM软件对乳化液泵站进行应力应变分析、动力学和液压系统仿真,优化设计。

Abstract:

Tens of millions of tons of fully mechanized working face put forward higher requirements of Emulsion pump station , This text systematically designed the high-pressure, large flow emulsion pump station and system, which include six modular: emulsion pump, emulsion tank, auxiliary hydraulic system, automatic matching and concentration detection device, filtration system, pumping station control unit, and take optimum design of emulsion pump station system base on ABAQUS,RecurDyn and AMESIM.
